Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You retain ownership of content you save. You give BookmarkNa a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to save or upload it.

Do not use BookmarkNa to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, evade security controls, interfere with the service, scrape it abusively, or store unlawful or harmful content. We may restrict or remove content or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.

BookmarkNa is currently offered as a beta service. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

You may stop using BookmarkNa at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, or legal requirements. Provisions that logically survive termination remain effective.
