Data Deletion

You can move bookmarks and notes to Trash from the app, then permanently delete them. You can also delete note attachments from the attachment manager. Removing an attachment frees the storage it used.

Email support@bookmarkna.com from the address associated with your BookmarkNa account and use the subject “Account deletion request.” Include only the information needed to identify the account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.

Once verified, the request covers your account profile and user-owned workspace records, including folders, bookmarks, notes, tags, settings, and recorded attachment metadata. Stored attachment files will also be scheduled for removal.

Some information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. It will not be restored to active use except for those purposes.
