Privacy Policy

When you click the BookmarkNa browser extension, it sends the current page URL and title to BookmarkNa so you can review and save it. The extension receives temporary access only to the active tab after your click. It does not request access to your browsing history or send page content.

We process the information needed to provide your workspace: account and profile information, bookmarks, URLs, notes, code snippets, folders, tags, favorites, pinned status, attachment files, and activity such as when a bookmark was last opened. We may also receive basic technical and security information when you use the service.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits and improve BookmarkNa. Analytics may include pages viewed, referrers, browser and device characteristics, and approximate location such as country or region. Analytics are not associated with your BookmarkNa email address or private workspace content, and raw IP addresses are not stored as analytics data points. We remove query parameters and URL fragments before analytics events are sent.

We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve BookmarkNa; authenticate your account; sync and search your content; provide imports and exports; and respond to support or legal requests. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

BookmarkNa relies on providers, including Supabase and Vercel, for hosting, authentication, database, file storage, analytics, and URL metadata or favicon retrieval. They process information only as needed to provide those services and may operate in other countries.

We keep account data while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and backups. We use access controls and private attachment storage, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You can edit or delete saved content and export bookmarks from the app. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by following our data deletion instructions. Rights vary by location, and we may verify your identity before acting.
