Refund Policy

BookmarkNa does not currently charge users for the beta service, so there are no subscription payments to refund.

Before any paid plan is offered, BookmarkNa will publish the price, billing schedule, cancellation terms, eligibility for refunds, and any legally required cooling-off rights. Those terms will be shown before payment is collected.

If you believe you were charged by BookmarkNa in error, contact support@bookmarkna.com with the date, amount, and transaction reference. Do not send full card or banking details by email.
