Turn saved bookmarks into plans with the BookmarkNa calendar
Meet the BookmarkNa calendar for planning reminders, notes, and bookmark follow-ups with day, week, and month views.
August 2026
Plan reminders and bookmark follow-ups.
See a month at a glance, then open any event for its full context.
Saving a useful resource and returning to it at the right moment are different jobs. A bookmark can preserve an article, dashboard, note, or code snippet, but it cannot remind you when that resource becomes actionable.
The BookmarkNa calendar connects those two moments. It gives reminders, notes, and bookmark follow-ups a date while keeping the original resource close enough to open when the work begins.
From saving to doing
Use the calendar for work with a real next step: review research before a meeting, revisit a guide during a project, check a dashboard on reporting day, or return to a note during a weekly review. Events live alongside your BookmarkNa library instead of becoming another disconnected task list.
A lightweight planning layer
The calendar is designed for follow-ups around saved knowledge. It complements a full task manager rather than trying to replace one.
Plan a bookmark follow-up
- Open Calendar from your BookmarkNa workspace.
- Select today or a future date.
- Add a clear event title and an optional time.
- Link a bookmark when the event depends on a saved resource.
- Add an optional location or a short note, then choose a color.
Location suggestions help with venues and addresses, while event colors make different kinds of plans easier to scan. Both are optional, so a quick reminder can stay quick.
Choose the view that matches the question
- Month view is the default overview for spotting busy dates and longer-term follow-ups.
- Week view shows the current week with more room for each event.
- Day view focuses on one date and its event details.
Agenda summarizes the selected day, while Upcoming shows what is scheduled from today onward. Long lists stay compact and open in a dedicated dialog when you choose to view everything.
Edit and reschedule without rebuilding
Plans move. Drag an event to another date in the calendar, or use Edit to change its title, time, location, linked bookmark, notes, or color. Double-click an event to review all of its details before making a change.
Past dates do not accept new events, which helps prevent accidental scheduling. Existing events on those dates remain editable and can still be moved forward.
Keep context attached without crowding the view
Calendar cells and Agenda show compact summaries so the layout stays readable. Full notes, addresses, and bookmark information appear only in the event details dialog. This progressive disclosure keeps the schedule scannable without throwing away useful context.
Time
Optional for flexible reminders.
Bookmark
The source behind the follow-up.
Date
Easy to move when plans change.
Start with one useful follow-up
Choose one bookmark you already intend to revisit and give it a realistic date. A small, trustworthy calendar is more useful than filling every day with reminders you will ignore.
Turn one saved resource into a next step
Bring bookmarks, notes, and code into one workspace, then schedule the follow-ups that help you use them.
